The gated community features the deepest marina on the west coast of Florida and a 27-hole golf course. Located minutes from Fisherman's Village and downtown Punta Gorda. It is a short trip to Fort Myers, Boca Grande, Siesta Key, Cape Coral, and the Englewood Beaches.
Food options inside the gated community include the Cass Cay restaurant & bar that overlooks the marina and the Linkside cafe that sits on the Golf course. There is a water taxi available with day trips to Boca Grande, Cabbage Key, Dolphin Tours, and Sunset Cruises.
