Burnt Store Marina, located on the Gulf Coast of Florida, was developed in the early 1970s. The area has a rich history tied to the nearby "Burnt Store Road," named after a trading post that burned down in the mid-1800s during conflicts between the Seminole Tribe and settlers. The marina and surrounding community were established to create a unique waterfront lifestyle destination with an emphasis on boating, fishing, and outdoor living.

Over the decades, it has grown into the largest marina on Florida's west coast and a vibrant residential community known for its boating amenities and resort-style living.

The Marina features a resort-style pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a 27-hole executive golf course, and a fitness center. Dining at Cass Cay Restaurant & Bar offers delicious meals and a lively social scene, all within steps of your condo.
