The unit is located on the second floor (an elevator is available). It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and disposal, as well as a full-size washer and dryer. A boat ramp is located near the property, and boat slips are typically available to be rented from Burnt Store Marina.
There is a wonderful pool area with a hot tub and grill available right at the condo. Additionally, there is a Fitness, Racquet, and Pool Club located on the property. The club has tennis and pickleball courts. The large community pool and spa have scheduled Aqua Aerobics and aqua Zumba classes.
